NumVault is designed to give you control over the information associated with your account. The primary deletion action is available in the NumVault web app and native mobile applications so that an authenticated user can request deletion directly.
This page explains what to expect. It does not replace the in-app deletion control or create a separate account-management system on the website.
Request deletion in the app
Open the NumVault web app or mobile application, sign in to the account you want to remove, open your Profile, select Delete Account, and review the warning confirmation before completing the request. If you cannot access either app experience or cannot complete the Profile deletion flow, contact support@numvault.cloud from the email associated with your account and request account deletion.
What happens to your information
When deletion is completed, we remove the account record and associated personal information that we are not required to retain. This can include your authentication identity, account profile information, wallet and order information, and other data linked to the account, subject to the retention requirements described below.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or payment-network obligations. Retained records are restricted to the purpose that requires them and are deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
Deleting your NumVault account does not automatically cancel obligations already incurred through a completed transaction. Where a payment provider or other independent service retains records under its own legal obligations, its retention policy may also apply.
Need help with deletion?
Email support@numvault.cloud with the account email and the subject “Account deletion request.” Do not include your password, full payment details, or one-time authentication codes. We will explain the next verification step and provide confirmation when the request is completed.
