Open Web App Email NumVault supportConfirm that you are using the same email address used during registration. If you still cannot sign in, contact support with the email on the account and a short description of the issue. Never send us your password or payment credentials.
NumVault automatically monitors the OTP window for each order. If no OTP arrives within five minutes, the order expires automatically and the payment is refunded to your NumVault wallet; you do not need to open a support ticket. A push notification confirms that the refund was processed. If a purchase request fails or an order cannot be saved, the transaction is rolled back automatically and the payment is refunded to your NumVault wallet as part of the failed purchase flow. Refunds always go to the NumVault wallet, not the original payment method.
Purchased numbers belong permanently to the customer for the selected platform; NumVault does not reclaim them. In the web app, refresh the page and confirm that your browser has a stable internet connection. In a native test build, update NumVault to the latest available version, close and reopen the app, and retry the action. For notification issues, check that notifications are enabled for NumVault in your device settings.
Email support@numvault.cloud with the account email, a concise description, relevant timestamps, and—when payment-related—the transaction reference. We will never ask you to send a password, full card number, CVV, PIN, or one-time authentication code.
