Terms of Service

The Service

NumVault provides platform-specific phone numbers across 2,300+ supported services and related verification functionality so you can keep your everyday number private across personal, messaging, marketplace, and business workflows. Number availability, delivery timing, and acceptance by a third-party platform can vary. We do not guarantee that any number will work with a particular third-party service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information and protect your authentication credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where unauthorized activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

Number Ownership and Platform Scope

After a successful purchase, the number becomes the customer’s permanent property for the specific supported platform selected. NumVault grants the customer true ownership, not a revocable license, and relinquishes any right to reclaim the purchased number. The customer does not pay rent or a recurring subscription for that owned number. Ownership applies to the purchased number and its selected platform; it does not guarantee acceptance or use across unrelated platforms. If a purchase request fails, an order cannot be saved, or the payment is automatically refunded before completion, the ownership grant does not take effect. Do not use a number to receive or transmit information that you are not authorized to handle.

Payments and Processing Fees

Prices, wallet amounts, and applicable charges are shown in the app before confirmation. Paystack processes payments on our behalf. A payment may be subject to payment-network, banking, currency-conversion, or other processing conditions outside our control. You authorize the payment method you select for the amount confirmed in the app. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or complete bank credentials.

Wallet Functionality

The in-app wallet is a service balance used to purchase eligible NumVault products. Wallet credits are not a bank account, deposit, investment, security, or interest-bearing product, and cannot be used outside NumVault. Wallet balances may be subject to applicable expiry, fraud-prevention, refund, and account-closure rules shown in the app or required by law. You may not sell, transfer, or cash out wallet credits unless the app expressly provides that functionality.

Refunds and Failed Transactions

NumVault automatically monitors the OTP window for each order. If no OTP arrives within five minutes, the order expires automatically and the payment is refunded to your NumVault wallet; you do not need to open a support ticket. A push notification confirms that the refund was processed. If a purchase request fails or an order cannot be saved, the transaction is rolled back automatically and the payment is refunded to your NumVault wallet as part of the failed purchase flow. Refunds always go to the NumVault wallet, not the original payment method.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use NumVault for fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, stalking, abuse, or unlawful activity
• Use a NumVault number to bypass identity, safety, age, access, or security controls unlawfully
• Create or operate accounts in violation of a third-party platform’s terms or applicable law
• Attempt to resell, redistribute, scrape, automate, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the Service, probe its security, introduce malicious code, or access another user’s account
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, facilitate scams, or process content you are not authorized to handle

Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, comply with law, respond to a security incident, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. We may also discontinue a feature or number supply. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support. Account closure does not automatically erase records we are legally required to retain or reverse completed transactions.

Third-Party Services

NumVault relies on third-party services for authentication, payment processing, diagnostics, notifications, and other operations. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party availability, policies, or acceptance of a NumVault number, but we will make reasonable efforts to investigate service issues.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupremeAnalytics Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, or payment arrangements change. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or email. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and SupremeAnalytics Limited, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location.

Finance and banking services

NumVault numbers are temporary and for one-time use. We do not recommend using a NumVault number to open or verify a bank account, payment account or any other financial service for personal use. Finance listings are offered for testing only, for example to test how an application's sign-up works. Because the number is temporary, you will not be able to receive future codes on it, so you could lose access to any account you link to it.
