Welcome to NumVault. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NumVault mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by SupremeAnalytics Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
About the Service
NumVault provides temporary, disposable phone numbers that allow you to receive SMS verification codes (OTPs) without exposing your personal phone number. The Service is intended to help protect your privacy and reduce your exposure to harassment, SIM-swap risk, and unwanted disclosure of your personal number when signing up for or verifying third-party apps and services.
NumVault also offers wallet functionality for funding purchases. Service coverage is expanding across more than 2,300 supported categories and platforms, including WhatsApp business phone-number workflows and business mailing services such as Gmail, Mailgun, and MailerSend, subject to availability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using NumVault, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, impersonation, or evasion of law enforcement
- Use a temporary number to harass, threaten, or abuse another person
- Attempt to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit numbers obtained through the Service without our written permission
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Use automated tools, including bots or scrapers, to access the Service outside of its normal functionality
- Use the Service to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform, including creating accounts in violation of that platform’s own policies
Payments and Wallet
- All purchases are processed through Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
- Wallet top-ups add purchasing power to your account balance; they are not a stored-value financial product, deposit account, or investment, and do not accrue interest.
- Due to the nature of the Service—a phone number is provisioned specifically for you at the time of purchase—all sales are final except where a number fails to deliver a verification code within the stated time window, in which case you will be automatically refunded to your NumVault wallet.
- We are not responsible for verification failures caused by the third-party service you are trying to verify, such as that service rejecting the number, rate-limiting, or changing its verification requirements.
No Guarantee of Number Availability or Compatibility
Phone number availability, and their acceptance by any given third-party platform, is not guaranteed. Some platforms actively detect and block virtual or non-mobile numbers. We do not guarantee that any specific number will be accepted by any specific service.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including verification service partners for number sourcing and SMS delivery and a payment processor. The identities of our verification service partners are proprietary and not disclosed. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumVault and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
